About the Production Process of PVC Resin SG8
The production of SG8 PVC resin generally adopts two processes. They are high temperature process without chain transfer agent and process with chain transfer agent. In general, SG-8 PVC resin produced by the process without transfer agent has relatively good particle size. If PVC SG8 is produced by high temperature method, the polymerization temperature is 67 °C. When the temperature is too high, the dispersant can’t be used normally. Temperature is too high means when the temperature exceeds the cloud point.
